Our 75% Dark chocolate made with beans sourced from the Ivory Coast. The beans are certified by the Rain Forest Alliance so are responsibly sourced. This orgin produces a wonderful chocolate that is low in acidity, low in astringency, and relatively low bitterness with a rich chocolately taste. Overall it is a delightful eating chocolate!
