We adapted our Scottish Shortbread to be Gluten Free! These are made using Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 all purpose flour. They are actually more crispy and lighter than our traditional shortbread and are quite tasty! There are 6 cookies in each 4.5oz bag
